COSTS

Most of our therapists are self employed and sub-contract to the clinic so it is always best to either check the therapists via the therapists page here.
Alternatively if you are unsure of which therapist you wish to see you can search under treatments here

PAYMENT

Per session – please pay for your session at Reception after the session is completed. Cash, credit and debit cards are accepted. A credit card surcharge of 2% applies to credit cards only. Monthly Payment Plan – receive unlimited treatments and pay once a month by credit (plus 2% surcharge) or debit card. Standing order – STO payments accepted at discretion of The Devon Clinic.

SALON REWARDS

Our Devon Clinic Rewards scheme for sending us your clients is an ongoing promotion and will continue indefinitely. We may vary the level of Rewards from time to time and will always keep you informed of any updates.

NEWSLETTER

If you wish to be kept up to date with any news and offers from The Devon Clinic CIC, please register with us online using a valid email address or mobile telephone number. Land-based telephones may be used for initial contact purposes but a valid email address or mobile number should be used in order to receive official confirmation of registration. For your protection and peace of mind, all private contact details are strictly for The Devon Clinic CIC use only and will not be shared with any third party without your prior permission. The Information The Devon Clinic CIC Collects About You

The Devon Clinic CIC only asks for specific types of personal information. We ask you to provide information that will enable us to manage your referral or provide services to you, enhance your site visit, respond to requests for information, support our client relationship, assist you with technical support issues or to follow up with you after your visit. The Devon Clinic CIC may collect information when you:

  • Register on www.devonclinic.co.uk
  • Request a quote for services and/or treatments;
  • Request a referral for services and/or treatments;
  • Request e-mail notification of your referral/report status;
  • Request assistance from our staff including Consultants and secretaries;
  • Provide feedback in an online survey; • Subscribe to a newsletter or a mailing list.

In each of the instances above, we may ask for your name, address, e-mail address, fax number, phone numbers, occupation, industry, transactional information such as credit card information and other bank details, referrals, and other information that is needed to process your referral, provide requested services or register you for or subscribe you to services or treatments.

The Devon Clinic CIC only uses your personal information for specific purposes

The information you provide will be kept confidential and is collected and processed for the following general purposes or for any other legitimate purpose described by the applicable law. • To process your referral or provide requested services • To fulfil requests for services and treatments • To process payment for services and treatments received by you • To improve our services and treatments • To contact you; and • To customize the advertisement and content.

Newsletters, Mailing lists, Requests For Information

If you request, we (or any other Devon Clinic CIC entity) will send you information about our various services and treatments, or other services, products and treatments that may be of interest to you. Such information may encompass treatment alerts, special offers, updated information and other new services and treatments from The Devon Clinic CIC. Only The Devon Clinic CIC (or agents working on behalf of The Devon Clinic CIC) will send you these direct mailings. If you do not want to receive such mailings any longer, simply notify us by email or letter.

When The Devon Clinic CIC Will Share Your Personal Information

Your information may be shared with other Devon Clinic entities, health professionals or clinics performing services for The Devon Clinic, such as Consultants and Radiographers, GP Surgeries. If so, The Devon Clinic will seek to ensure that the information is only used in connection with the functions these parties will be performing for The Devon Clinic and that all such information is treated in a confidential manner. The Devon Clinic will only disclose your personal information to the extent required or authorized by applicable law, if ordered or required to do so by a court or governmental authority as appropriate in each jurisdiction, or to ensure that we are in compliance with our legal obligations. The Devon Clinic may transfer your personal information to affiliated companies, such as the National Health Service. In order to provide for adequate protection of your personal information, there are in place national guidelines with such affiliated organisations. The Devon Clinic will not disclose your personal information to any outside organization for its use in marketing without your consent. Personal information regarding you (such as name, address, phone number, payment card) or your order and the products you purchase will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation without your consent.

Your rights

The Devon Clinic CIC has a policy to comply with the Freedom of Information Act, 2000. Upon your request and within 40 days we will inform you about the type of personal information we hold about you, the purposes for which we hold it and the possible recipients or types of recipients. Upon written request and within a reasonable period of time we will also correct, delete and/or block personal information from further processing if that information proves to be factually inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant to the purpose(s) of the processing.
